By sea, two weeks. We send you a photo from the ship, from customs, and on the way to the house.

Times below are typical, drop-off to delivered. They cover HK consolidation (weekly Sunday sailing), sea freight, Philippine customs clearance, and last-mile delivery to your family's door, with a small buffer for weather and Manila port days.

How long does it take?−
About two to three weeks, drop-off to your family's door. Metro Manila typically lands in 14–16 days; outer islands 19–24. We ship by sea. It's slower than air, but much cheaper.
What can I send?+
Most things: canned food, soap, vitamins, basic medicine, clothes, shoes, school supplies, gifts. Not allowed: liquids over 100 ml, batteries, perfume, alcohol. We'll check your list on WhatsApp before you pack.
What if my box is lost or damaged?+
We chase it down for you. You don't deal with customs in Manila or fill out forms. The photos at every step help us figure out what happened, and if it's our fault, we make it right.
Do I need to fill out customs papers?+
No. We do that for you. We just need your family's name, address, phone, and a short list of what's in the box.
Where do I drop off?+
Statue Square, Central, Hong Kong. Sundays, any time from 10 to 5. We send the exact spot on WhatsApp the day before. Or message us to arrange a pickup spot near you. Your family in the Philippines doesn't pay anything on delivery.
How do I pay? Do I need an app to track?+
We send a payment link on WhatsApp after we weigh your box. HKD only. No cash. The tracking link works in any browser, no app, no sign-up. Send it to your family if you want.
